Circular by design

TERRRA Shirts are made from 100% recycled textiles. Reducing the use of virgin raw material is the best way to reduce waste, CO2 emissions and the use of water & electricity. At the end of the shirt’s life cycle, it is recycled back into the production process.

Circular raw material

Textile waste is collected from garment factories in India, sorted by colour and taken to the textile recycling plant. This minimises the use of virgin materials, dyes and other chemicals. The mechanical recycling process allows the textile waste to be broken down into fibres using very little energy.

We produce T-shirts using just 1 liter of water, compared to the industry average of 2,700 liters.
